KB Alloys Pricing Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Consistent with our Q208 quarterly pricing announcement dated February 29th 2008, KB Alloys LLC has secured its quarterly fluoride salt compounds needed to meet key customer demand and will implement its third quarter (Q308) pricing structure as outlined:

Q308 Price Increase* – All shipments July 01, 2008 thru September 30, 2008

All 3/1 Tibor® products +$0.08/lb
All 5/1 Tibor® products +$0.11/lb
All 4% Boral® products +$0.13/lb
All 5% Boral® products +$0.16/lb
All 8% Boral® products +$0.26/lb
All 10% Boral® products +$0.32/lb
All 15% Zirconium products +$0.08/lb
All 10% Strontium products +$0.05/lb

* applies to the base price only and is exclusive of aluminum

This ‘pass through’ price increase will take effect for all shipments beginning July 1st 2008 regardless of order entry date. Raw material reviews will be performed and communicated for Q408 shipments and subsequent quarters thereafter.
