KB Alloys serves the Americas from full-scope manufacturing facilities in the Eastern and Western United States. Our customer-focused locations enable us to produce and deliver our products quickly anywhere in the world.
With its continuous rolled process, our fully integrated and automated production plant in Wenatchee, Washington is among the most efficient of its type in the world. The plant produces grain refiner rod, a product form developed and patented by KB Alloys in the late 1960’s that remains the industry standard today.
The KB Alloys facility in Henderson, Kentucky produces grain refining and hardener ingot alloys in a wide range of product forms to satisfy customers’ diverse requirements.
Also, the Henderson location leads the industry with its superior control of consistent ingot weights and chemistry for the difficult master alloys it casts.
The Henderson facility is home to one of the corporation’s two advanced research and development centers, featuring a complete technical library, metallurgical laboratory and fully functional pilot foundry for alloy development. This outstanding resource is unique within the industry.
