The KB Alloys commitment to consistently dependable quality is shared by every facility and work team, and incorporated into every process.

Statistical process control is a key component of all KB Alloys quality programs. Detailed analyses are conducted on every heat to ensure a quality product that conforms to an industry standard or a specific customer specification.

In addition, each process is statistically monitored through several parameters to ensure the manufacturing process is in control and capable. As a result, not only is total product quality checked, but the statistical process control system means that the manufacturing process can produce consistent product quality time after time.

All KB Alloys plants are ISO 9001:2000 certified. The ISO 9001:2000 certification for our manufacturing facilities is merely a means to an end: our goal is continual product improvement through process control.
